2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use QuickSpot. Users under 18 years of age may use the platform with parental or guardian consent, particularly for payment-related activities.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Booking Services
- QuickSpot facilitates bookings between players and turf owners.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the turf owner.
- Booking confirmations will be sent via push notifications and can be viewed in your profile.
- You must arrive at the booked venue on time. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (PhonePe, Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm).
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
- We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
6. Cancellation & Refunds

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on QuickSpot, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Green Acre Developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
QuickSpot acts as an intermediary between players and turf owners. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or condition of the turf facilities.
- Any injuries or accidents that occur at the venue.
- Disputes between players and turf owners.
- Any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
