QuickSpot

Shipping and delivery policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

Nothing is shipped

QuickSpot sells bookings of time on a turf. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there is no shipping or delivery charge.

How your booking reaches you

  • Slots are held for you for 5 minutes while you pay.
  • Your booking is confirmed once our payment partner confirms your payment. The site then shows it as Booked.
  • Sign in and open My bookings to see it at any time, with its booking code and details.
  • From the booking you can open a receipt for what you paid online, and print it or save it as a PDF.

Where and when the service is delivered

You play at the turf, at the address on the turf's page, on the day and at the time of your booking. The turf is run by its owner. Arrive on time: your slot ends at its end time.

If your booking can't go ahead

  • If your payment reaches us after the hold ends and someone else has booked the slot, you get back everything you paid.
  • If the turf or QuickSpot cancels, you get back everything you paid online.
  • Refunds go back to the way you paid, through our payment partner. They usually reach your account in 5–7 working days after we issue them, depending on your bank.
  • If you cancel, the cancellation and refund policy says what comes back.
