About QuickSpot

What QuickSpot is

QuickSpot is a way to find a turf in Gandhidham and to book and pay for a slot online, on this site and later in the app.

The turfs are owned and run by independent owners. QuickSpot checks and approves each turf before it is listed.

How a booking works

• Pick a turf, a day (today and the next 13 days) and one or more back-to-back slots, up to 3 hours.
• The slots are held for you for 5 minutes while you pay.
• You pay online through our payment partner. The booking is confirmed once the payment is confirmed.
• The booking appears under My bookings, where you can cancel it under the turf's policy. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
• Some turfs take 20% online and the rest at the turf.

How turf owners are paid

QuickSpot charges a convenience fee of 5% of the booking price, shown at checkout. Some owners cover it. Then you pay no fee, and the owner pays QuickSpot the same amount.

Everything else you pay online goes to the owner. Our payment partner holds the owner's share until the slot has been played, then pays it out. QuickSpot pays the payment partner's charges from its fee.
