Turf prices

  • Each turf's owner sets its prices: a price per hour for each court, in Indian rupees.
  • The turf's page shows the price of every court, and any different prices for some days and hours, with their days and times.
  • Some hours are marked Peak hour on the turf's page and when you pick a slot. They can cost more.
  • If a slot runs across two prices, each half hour of it is charged at the price in force when that half hour starts.

What you see before you pay

The checkout lists each slot with its price, any coupon, the convenience fee, and the amount you pay now. Nothing is added after you pay.

Convenience fee

  • QuickSpot charges a convenience fee of 5% of the booking price before any coupon, rounded to the nearest rupee. The checkout shows it as its own line.
  • Some turfs cover the fee. The checkout then shows it as ₹0, “Covered by” the turf, and you pay no fee.
  • A coupon lowers the price of the slots. It never lowers the fee.
  • The convenience fee is not refunded if you cancel. If the turf or QuickSpot cancels, the fee comes back with everything else you paid.

Paying part at the turf

Some turfs take 20% of the slot price online, with the convenience fee, and the rest at the turf. The checkout shows what you pay now and what you pay at the turf.

For turf owners

  • When you cover the fee, QuickSpot takes the same amount from your share of the booking.
  • QuickSpot pays the payment partner's charges from its fee.
  • When QuickSpot switches it on, walk-ins and repeat bookings you record carry the same 5% fee. It is taken off your next online payout.
